1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and apti22 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, completing assessments, or accessing any portion of apti22.in or www.apti22.in, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Purpose & Independent Platform Notice
Educational Self-Preparation: apti22 is strictly an educational preparation tool built to help software engineers and students practice cognitive reasoning, algorithmic logic, working memory tasks, and technical assessment questions.
Independent Practice Disclaimer
apti22 is an independent simulator. It is not affiliated with, certified by, endorsed by, or partnered with any employer, university, recruitment agency, or commercial testing provider. All question styles and formats are original practice materials created for self-directed learning.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Authentication: Account creation and authentication are handled securely through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account.
- Accuracy: You agree not to misrepresent your identity or use unauthorized Google credentials.
- Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your authenticated session.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use apti22 only for legitimate personal preparation. You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract question banks, answers, or code using automated bots, scripts, or spiders.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to backend databases, server APIs, or other users' assessment records.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary game generation algorithms or puzzle solvers.
- Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, flood requests, or intentionally degrade platform performance.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material through feedback channels.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The platform, including its user interface, custom algorithms (e.g. adaptive staircase engines, Rush-Hour solvers, Inductive Logic generators), original scenario-based question banks, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of apti22.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and practice on apti22 for your personal, non-commercial education. You may not republish, distribute, sell, or mirror our question sets or modules without written consent.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Provision: apti22 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of all question rationale, or freedom from minor bugs.
No Guaranteed Hiring Outcomes: While practicing on apti22 is designed to enhance cognitive readiness and domain knowledge, we make no representation or guarantee that practicing will lead to passing any company's interview or receiving job offers.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall apti22 or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue assessment modules, update question banks, or alter these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of apti22 following revisions signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
